What the service fee covers
The Vault fee pays for planning and coordination. Restaurant charges, tickets, lodging, transportation, vendors, reservations, and other third-party costs are separate and are not silently collected as experience funds.

A visible workflow
Requests move through consultation, scope review, payment, planning, customer approval, booking progress, confirmation, active support, and completion. Important transitions are recorded instead of living only in email.
Technology with a human boundary
Ace can help with ideas and comparisons, but it cannot claim a reservation, make an unsupported availability promise, or spend on a customer’s behalf. A manager handles higher-risk and higher-touch work.
