Before you pay
Concierge plans are delivered within two business days after the consultation and required payment are complete. Signature plans are delivered within three business days. Event and custom timing is confirmed in the accepted written scope. Same-Day Concierge adds $50 only when The Vault accepts the request for same-day service; Ace never has a rush fee.
What the fee covers
The Vault service fee covers the approved planning and coordination scope. Customers pay restaurants, venues, tickets, transportation, lodging, and other vendors directly unless a later written agreement says otherwise. The Vault does not currently collect an experience budget or call a booking confirmed until the venue or booking service confirms it.
Changes, support, and refunds
Human packages include up to two ordinary planning revision rounds. Fixes required because a planned stop closes, cancels, or becomes unavailable do not use one of those revisions. Support during an active experience is available through the customer account, subject to staff availability. A service fee is fully refundable if planning has not started; once planning has started, refund requests require manager review.
